# x402 Compliance Utilities

> Pay-per-call EUDR lot preflight and public SAM.gov entity checks for agents, paid in USDC with x402. No signup or API key. Networks: USDC on Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Solana.

Outputs come from public data and structural checks. They are not certifications, eligibility or size determinations, identity checks, or fraud determinations.

- [EUDR lot preflight](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/eudr/preflight): $0.50. Checks the presence and basic format of declared lot fields against a dated EUDR Article 9 checklist. Not a scope, risk, evidence or compliance determination.
- [SAM.gov registration lookup](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/registration): $0.05. Selected public SAM.gov registration fields and expiry for one UEI. Not a certification or trust assessment.
- [SAM.gov full entity profile](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/registration): $0.10 (body "detail": "full"). Adds CAGE, addresses, business types, SBA certifications, NAICS, owners, integrity (FAPIIS) data, exclusion details when flagged, and awardReady. Not an award, size or eligibility determination.
- [SAM.gov UEI resolve](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/resolve): $0.05. Up to 10 public UEI candidates from a CAGE code, or from a legal business name with optional state. Not an identity check.
- [PayeeCheck](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/payee-check): $0.10. Compares a payee name and address with the public SAM.gov record, plus status, expiry, exclusion flag and recent address change. Input is not stored. Not identity, bank-account or fraud verification.
- [Set-aside check](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/set-aside-check): $0.15. indicated_eligible, indicated_not_eligible or unknown for a UEI and a notice (or set-aside code + NAICS), with reasons. WOSB/EDWOSB/SDVOSB/VA set-asides are never better than unknown. Not an eligibility determination.
- [Ownership/change watch](https://api.brightonhilyard.com/api/sam/watch): $0.50. Watches one UEI's public SAM.gov fields for 30 days, with events and an optional HMAC-signed webhook. Not verified ownership or control.

## How to pay

- With an x402 client (for example @x402/fetch or @x402/mcp): call the route or tool, read the payment requirements from the 402 (HTTP) or the PaymentRequired tool result (MCP), sign an exact USDC payment, and retry.
- From Claude Desktop or Cursor: add Coinbase Payments MCP (@coinbase/payments-mcp) next to this server's MCP endpoint, so the assistant can pay per call from its wallet.
- Refusals (invalid input, SAM.gov unavailable or over quota, watch at capacity, rejected webhook URL) fail before settlement and are not charged.
